About Us

One Yukon began as a focused effort by the Council of Yukon First Nations (CYFN) during the COVID-19 pandemic to address urgent health needs through collaborative dialogue between First Nation communities, municipalities, and health leaders. Today, as an independent not-for-profit organization, we are the largest public health entity in the territory dedicated to closing the health equity gap to improve community health and wellness.
